Update - talks, an entry in a public art archive, and continued series development
In the past months, I've been able to further develop pieces for my artistic action research on kindness.
Last December, I got to spend time again with the 98B folks and their other artist-grantees during the impressive ESC Biennnale. We got to have some extended thinking on the nitty gritty of project implementation.
Last week, via Malikhain Community and Art Space, I gave a talk on art x social justice for junior high school students at Miriam College Nuvali. It was a pleasure sharing about initiatives (other than my own and which I admire) in the Philippines on the topic to the students.
Finally, I'm glad to have 2-FACE, my collaboration with performance artist Bhuvanesh Kumar, included in the Public Art Archive. It feels like a promise fulfilled. See it here.
