The Jatiwangi Art Factory (JaF) is in Jatisura Village.  This is where I spent most of my time during my residency in Indonesia.  My stay there was not without frictions.  Which is just as well, I suppose, because the JaF program is really all about creating that friction.  This is their type of art-making.  Which is probably why artist residents keep coming by for a visit, and keep coming back.
