Update on the Wear of Needs and Curious Philippines

A review on 'season's change', a work that belongs to the Wear of Needs series, has been published by the Center of Art and Thought.  Apart from bearing updates on the process of developing this long-term project and the resulting T-shirt art pieces,  the Wear of Needs website now also houses the Handstitch Vandal, a device I created to facilitate research on widely used patterns, shapes and forms on craft objects, which is a key element of the Wear of Needs project.

My other research device, CuriousPhilippines has also evolved since I started it in early 2012.  From being a photo journal with the purpose of presenting scenes and places in the Philippines, the focus has shifted to documenting trends, patterns and stories of Filipino or Pinoy heritage.
